Insight provided engineering and design build services for St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church in Washington, DC. The team completed an engineering assessment of the existing heating system, which was not working in the chapel, parish, library and nursery areas of the church. The assessment and multiple options to replace the heating system were presented to the Client. Insight managed the bidding process, developed the construction schedule, and managed the construction process. Since the church was built in the late 1800s, the team took extra precautions to preserve the pipe organ and marble floor in the sanctuary.
